Customers
- Sign in: open the app, choose Customer and use the mobile number your voucher was sent to. First time? Choose WhatsApp code, then create a PIN.
- Use a voucher: tap SHOW QR and show the code at the Cup & Go counter. You can use part of the balance and keep the rest for later.
- Delete your account: see below.
Delete your Cup & Go Vouchers account
- In the app: sign in, open Profile → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
- Without the app: email support@media77.in from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number of the account. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Deleted: your name, mobile number, email address and PIN; you are signed out on all devices. Kept: voucher and redemption records without your personal details, because they are financial records Cup & Go, Qatar must retain.
Cup & Go staff
Choose Counter staff on the sign-in screen and use your staff email and password. Ask your branch manager if your account or branch is missing.
